QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The role:
The main goal for the Human Resources Specialist is to ensure the HR department’s operations are running smoothly and effectively in order to deliver maximum benefit to the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for full HR operations management as a Generalist, including:
- Recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborating with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, communicating with candidates and line managers to arrange and support interviews
- Planning, recording, and coordinating new joiner management to ensure proper welcome and induction to the Company
- Supporting the Performance Management Processes via HRIS system and by coaching managers and employees
- Providing high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
- Supporting cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, pay cycles, talent management reviews etc.
- Supporting personnel affaires and legal processes
- Identifying training and development needs and objectives, and designing and developing responsive programs and initiatives
- Continually analyzing and evaluating learning processes based on company needs, collecting proposals for improvements and implementing them
- Supporting all of the other HR related needs of the organization
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR Generalist roles
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Turkish
- Business level fluency in written and oral English
- Willing to learn
- Highly responsive and professional engagement with all stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels is essential
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge and experience in SAP is a plus
- No restrictions to travel
- Live/be able to live in Ankara
