We're looking for a Human Resources Specialist/Senior Specialist to be part of our Human Resources department located in Eskişehir
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Economics, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent management, employee engagement
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Dynamic and result-oriented, team player
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,SAP HR modules experience is an asset
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Possess a driver's license
- Located in Eskişehir
Job Description
- To support all HR Process and operations
- Planning, preparing and conducting analyzes, reports and presentations for HR processes
- Working with line managers to understand the business needs
- Actively participate in HR projects
- To ensure that all HR processes are in accordance with law, company policies and standarts
- Consulting line managers and employees about all aspects of all HR prosesses
