QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor’s Degree from Sociology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related fields,
- Having minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources,
- Preferably being experienced in production companies/sectors,
- Being able to conduct guidance and counseling to departments,

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,

How will you foster the challenge?
Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - Human Resources Business Partner who will work for Refrigerator Product Directorate.
- Working with business line managers to understand the business needs,
- Advising on human resources processes and applications,
- Leading initiatives that benefit the business through increased collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity,
- Being responsible for the execution of end-to-end operations for all HR functions such as compensation & benefits, terminations, employment relations management related issues, etc.,
- Taking an active role in Human Resources Planning and Performance Management processes,
- Managing development planning and training processes,
- Taking an active role in employee engagement, internal/external communication, and employer branding processes.
