QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a HVAC Engineer with the following specifications for our company that provides design and engineering services in the automotive industry for local and international platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Educated to degree level in Engineering or have equivalent relevant experience.
· 3+ years of HVAC experience is mandatory – preferably within the Automotive industry.
· Knowledge in Heat Transfer, Thermodynamic and Fluid Mechanics
· Fluent English written and spoken
· Strong communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills
· Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
· Assist with decision making, cost estimation and documentation
· Knowledge of 3D and 2D design tools (CATIA and/or NX preferred).
· Knowledge of PLM system for releasing process (Teamcenter preffered.)
· Development of new technical solutions with suppliers, commodity purchasing, quality, other engineering teams and other involved functions.
· A self-starter who takes personal pride in all work from start to finish.
· Willing to travel abroad for on-site supports.
· Actively able to drive.
· Residing in Istanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· An exciting opportunity for a HVAC Design Engineer join our successful, international business.
· 3D and 2D design of HVAC systems in vehicle design projects
· Creation and follow up of validation plans, DFMEA, RFI
· Execution of supplier relations, procurement of parts in the prototype production process,
· Execution of validation plans
· Providing on-site support during prototypes, test and series production stages.
· Preparation of necessary reports and presentations within the scope of the project
· HVAC Systems include Healing, Ventilation, Air Conditioning systems and fire detection & suppression systems as well as Electric battery cooling and/or heating.
