QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Occupational Healt & Safety from reputable universities
- Minimum 2 years, occupational health & safety experience in an industrial setting
- Occupational health and safety certificate (preferably B Class)
- Excellent command of MS Office programs
- Team player & self-motivated
- Strong communication, inter personal, facilitation, presentation, reporting and organizational skills
- Result and internal customer oriented
Job Descriptions
- Supporting the facility to fully comply with legal requirements and following the necessary actions
- Performing daily and periodic occupational safety checks, detecting unsafe situations/behaviors and requesting the relevant departments to take precautions
- Training of subcontractor employees, starting equipment controls and work permits, making field controls and checking necessary documents before entering the factory
- To act in accordance with ISO 45001 management system procedures and practices, to take the necessary actions and to follow the actions
- Developing corrective & preventive actions, risk analysis, keeping records and following actions
- Working for the development and sustainability of the facility occupational safety culture, Giving occupational safety speeches/trainings/information
- Third party visitor/auditor etc. People's field tours, entry documents, etc. to be guide
