For our location in Istanbul, we are looking for an experienced IAM Aftersales Specialist.


• University Degree in technical field

• At least 5 years of professional experience in automotive sector in similar position

• Very good oral and written language skills in Turkish and English

• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

• Self-motivated personality with very good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain customer relationships


Your Tasks:

• Visit customers, retailers, and end customers in the field to increase brand awareness, give technical support and inform them about latest product related information

• Collecting Market information while being in the field, preparing related reports based on Excel and report it to Sales Manager

• Being active member in a global group of Field Engineers and prepare local activities and trainings in alignment together with them.

• Preparation, Organization, and Conducting of Trainings for customers and sales team about the technical advantages in the field of our product groups

• Increase brand ZF brand awareness by distributing promotion Materials, performing activities on ZF social media channels and the handling of ZF Ticket System
