  • · With minimum 3 years experience in dealer management
  • · Experienced in analytical, planning, reporting and presentation capabilities
  • · High representation and communication skills
  • · Gained competence in sales and after sales management and market development
  • · Without travel barriers
  • · Speaks English well
  • · Having a driving license
  • · Military service (for male)
  • · Will be able to work İzmir or İstanbul

Job Description

  • Visiting customers regularly
  • Ensure that customer’s experience with the Volvo brand is at a premium level by establishing a sustainable commercial relationship
  • Cooperate with other departments where necessary to keep customer satisfaction at a high level
  • Encourage customers to receive spare parts and services through the dealer network and measure, track and increase original Volvo Spare Parts usage
  • Understanding the customer by acting together with the sales team, ensuring that products and services are provided in accordance with their needs
  • Ensuring the sale and follow-up of maintenance agreements
  • Organize regional / customer-oriented activities to increase After Sales Services share in the region where it is responsible
  • · Regular dealer visits and quality audits
