Indirect Procurement Strategy and Process Development Specialist
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from related Engineering departments of universities (preferably Industrial Engineer),
• Good level of English,
• Able to use Excel very well,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process analysis, design and performance reporting,
• Knowledge of process and performance management and improvement techniques,
• Have knowledge/experience in Project Management Methodology, Lean Management Techniques,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Highly motivated and proactive, inquisitive, open to learning and development.
• Inclined to team work, successful in human relations and communication,
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To determine business priorities in line with company strategies and to follow up the realization
• To make process analysis and design to increase the efficiency of business processes and improve related KPIs,
• Creating domestic and international process reporting standards and methodologies and disseminating them in Indirect Procurement,
• To take part in development / improvement projects carried out with the internal stakeholders of the department and the company,
• To carry out Kaizen Projects / Problem A3 studies to improve system usage, data sources and data accuracy,
• To carry out impact analysis, prioritization, process design studies, to create interaction matrices, to coordinate promotion activities in process developments.
