QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Experience working with Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory
- Experience working with Redhat Linux, Centos, etc.,
- Experience in IP Networking
- Experience working in a large, enterprise environment with 50+ of servers,
- Experience in IIS application server management is a plus
- Experience in backup technologies like Veeam, Zerto etc.
- Must have experience in technology refresh, migration and virtualization projects,
- Must have excellent working experience with problem solving, troubleshooting and analysis,
- Experience automation solutions with Ansible, TerraForm, Linux Shell Scripting and Powershell
- Must have good knowledge of Storage, SAN,
- Must have good knowledge of Switching, Routing,
- Preferably knowledge of Openstack, CEPH, SDN, Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker technologies,
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and methodologies,
- Adaptive, responsive for on-demand changes,
- Dedicated, working hard to finish tasks on-time with high quality,
- Good communication skills and good knowledge of English.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installing, configuring, implementing and troubleshooting any issues for the Windows/Unix/Linux infrastructure that include Operating System, Cluster, Volume Manager, virtualization software,
- Responsible for storage migration tasks such as creating, provisioning, copying and mirroring disks,
- Performs troubleshooting, incident and error handling for systems,
- Implementing change management processes and user requests on systems,
- Evaluation of new versions, patches, firmwares and security patches. Implementing upgrades and security patches regularly,
- Implementing security policies on servers according to the best practices and company procedures,
- Monitoring of systems, performance tuning and capacity planning and trend analysis.
- Have a good level of understanding and writing skill in English language,
- Have a strong leadership and motivational skills, interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills, decision-making and analytical skills,
- A good team player, solution focuesed, open to new innovations,
- Military service should be completed for male candidates or postponed at least two years.
