As Dönmez Debriyaj, a long-established international automotive supplier which operates in Bağyurdu Organized Industrial Zone, we are looking for“Human Resources Supervisor” for our growing organization.

  • Degree from reputable university in a relevant field (preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering etc.)
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position
  • Experience in production company (preferably in Automotive / Automobile Parts)
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong planning and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
  • High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information

  • Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
  • Capable of analytical thinking and problem-solving

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates


Job Description

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for the following functions:

  • Taking active responsibilities in Recruitment Processes (creating job postings, searching candidates, organizing interview schedule, handling first phone interview, performing reference checks etc.)
  • Planning and conducting new employee orientation to develop positive attitude toward organizational objectives
  • Provide assistance to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, benefits, policies, etc.
  • Coordinating training & development processes
  • Organizing HR events and employee engagement activities
  • Having active role in all ongoing and developing HR projects as performance management, talent management, organizational development and discipline process etc.

  • Giving support for personnel affairs, compensation, timekeeping and payroll process, wage and benefits operations, government incentives, disciplinary issues, resignation and dismissal processes
  • Providing statistical data for monthly data of HR insight such as labour cost; training hours per person, overtime report, absenteeism report, annual leave report, etc.
  • Developing policies and strategies and preparing proposals about HR processes.
  • Preparing reports and presentations (in English or Turkish) requested by the management,
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of all HR functions.
