QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Office based Services sales and sales support for customers. Builds and follows up the sales funnel and closes maximum number of cases.

Areas of the Responsibility;

· Follows up quotations and proposals to secure sales and transfer larger value cases to regional sales responsible. Closing cases early where no value can be delivered to the customer,

· Understands target customer base including the Metso Outotec & competitors installed base and proactively works with customers to identify their short-term needs, focusing on existing products,

· Understand the value proposition for Metso Outotec Services product and offering portfolio that would apply to given focus areas and works with the internal stakeholders to create and present the correct offer to the customer that fulfills their needs and requirements, winning the sales case,

· Builds and grows sales funnel through analyzing customer data (sales history, IB and equipment aging, visit reports), communication and focused campaigns to generate leads,

· Works proactively with other functions upon securing purchase orders from the customer,

· Completes required sales handover documentation and ensures won deal is properly set into progress in services delivery processes,

· Ensures product news communication to the customers as well as product and delivery feedback back to the organization.

Basic Requirements of the Position;

· Native Turkish speaker,

· English language reading, writing, and speaking skills at advanced level,

· Having Mining or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree,

· Mining machinery sectors knowledge both commercially and technically,

· Minimum 2-3-year experience in a similar position,

· Problem solving and result oriented,

· Strong relationship building skills, a basis for action and detail-oriented behaviors are required as well as strong communication, co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external interfaces,

· Having planning, scheduling, pricing, and tendering experiences,

· Strong negotiation skills,

· Team playing approach with other internal functions,

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications,

· Highly motivated, self-starting individual with the ability to plan, organize, work under stress, meet deadlines and work independently is required,

· No travel restriction both domestic and abroad, B Class or greater driving license must,

· Completed army service for male candidates.
