GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Conducting audit projects based on the audit plan and report the results to Internal Audit Manager
- Examining and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system.
- Attending risk management activities within the company.
- Identify areas for improving operational efficiency.
- Supervising compliance with the corporate governance principles and ethical values.
- Reviewing and auditing of documented procedures.
- Executing examination and investigation activities when needed.
- Responsible from the management of ethics line
- Provides process improvement recommendations having a P&L impact on the processes of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or other related fields,
- Min 5 years of experience in an internal audit/audit consulting role (Risk based process audit experience is a must).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong reporting, analyzing and presentation skills
- Having strong multi-tasking and planning skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in auditing, controlling
- Willingness to travel domestically.
- Strong process flow and process map analysis skills,
- Awareness of information security and IT environment,
- Capable of working both individually and in team environments.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and easily adaptable to changing circumstances.
