An international program
As our new graduate, you will have the chance to travel during the program and you will receive training in technical topics, leadership management and project management.
You will build and test your leadership profile together with other graduates and you will work closely with graduates who are part of the same program coming from Denmark, Italy, Belgium and Turkey.
First phase: Induction in Rome
In order to give you an overview of the company, you will spend two exciting weeks with the other graduates in our world headquarters based in Rome, Italy.
Second phase: Job Shadowing experience in your local plant
You will be working in our plants, learning by doing, gathering valuable insight and experiencing from the daily operations.
Third phase: International experience
For six months, you will work and be trained in our production facilities in Izmir (Turkey), Gaurain (Belgium) and Aalborg (Denmark). During this time, you will gain substantial theoretical knowledge and test your experience in practice, since you will take part in daily operations at the sites.
Interested?
To be eligible for the program, you must:
- have at least a bachelor’s degree in: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar areas,
- be fluent in both written and spoken English, as we are a truly global organization and English is our corporate language,
- be willing for travelling in other countries.
The program stretches from February 2022 until January 2023.
