QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for colleague as production engineer for our company, which manufactures Battery, EVC, LED, Set Top Box product types, and to be assigned for the following issues. The workplace will be at our subsidiary located in İzmir.

Job Description:
· Making production line balancing,
· To work as an active role in the production field,
· To determine the production line and machine capacities, to follow the capacity usage,
· Determining and presenting the production line / machine / personnel needs in accordance with the production target and estimated order quantities,
· To follow the production plan and to optimize the plan when necessary,
· Preparing department reports and presentations,
· Conducting time and method studies and process improvement studies, research / feasibility analysis / applications for the development of existing methods and technologies.
· Carrying out cost and business development focused efficiency projects in production processes.
· Analyzing the problems affecting the pace of production and solving these problems.
· To contribute to product development by collaborating with technical staff and related departments in DFM-DFA studies.
· Following up and managing company KPIs, reducing costs, improving quality or increasing order fulfillment performance.
· To actively support ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 50001, 45001, etc. document audits and take an active role in document requirements.

Qualifications:
· Effective use of Microsoft Office Programs.
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
· Technically & action oriented, strong interpersonal & communication skill.
· Experience in teamwork and leadership.
· Driving license (B), No restrictions on travel, especially internationally.
· Strong planning and organizational skills.
