RESPONSIBILITIES

Improves production efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, requirments and equipment.
Provides production decesion-making information by calculating labor, material cost; reviewing production schudules; estimating future requirements.
Prepare production reports by collecting analyzing summarizing information and trends.
Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and unplanned outages.
Plan and coordinate production on daily basis to produce high quality products.
Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
Develop operational activites to achieve safety, quality, productivity objectives.
Define and document clear written specifications and procedures to direct the Operations team in effective.
Lead and/or support department responsibles, Train people within own work group, Supervise sub-contractors.
Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output.
Actively committed to team development.
Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed.
Assertive, resilient and welcomes change.
Idenfy unsafe operations and practices report to Manager immediately.
To apply the system that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a degree in mechanical, industrial or chemical engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, method or process engineering preferably in automotive industry.
Have a sound knowledge of statistics.
Capable of leading problem solving activities.
Analytical thinking and result oriented.
Strong computer skills with sound knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good written and oral communications skills.
Fluent in both verbal and written English.
No restriction for travel in and out of country.
