QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree from Industrial, Food or Mechanical Engineering departments
- Minimum 1 years of experience in production facilities
- Preferably experienced in LEAN 6-Sigma manufacturing tools
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
- Good in planning & organization, problem solving & decision making
- Strong analytical thinking and data analyzing skills
- Enthusiastic for development
JOB DESCRIPTION
Production (Packaging) Engineer is in charge of the entire Packaging Department activities:
- Following up daily / weekly production plan and managing the team accordingly
- Ensuring that the production output meets the KPIs in terms of quality, quantity & loss
- Developing & implementing plans to improve quality, efficiency and to reducing the costs
- Controlling detailed records of the daily / weekly / monthly production amounts & losses and analyzing them
- Supporting the continuous improvement activities
- Following up technical developments
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
