QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our customer is one of the European leading company in the multienergy well being sector: heaters, water-heaters and bathroom products, boilers, ventilation, ait conditioning, renewable energies.
Part of the Process department, the Process Engineer is in charge of performance follow up and improvement for his/her area.
His/her priorities are :
- Ensure that process is under control : implement and monitor KPIs, define the operating standards, train the operators and other support teams…
- Develop the process : reduce variability, guarantee a good level of performance, reduce costs, investigate new technical solutions.
- New Product’s project implementation
He/she is the technical referent for other departments: Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Industrialization, Purchasing.
