QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

1. In accordance with the Quality, Cost & Delivery targets; to ensure the operability of the ongoing serial production , to design & implement the technical solutions, when necessary.
   
2. Within the scope of “New Product Projects” ; to design & implement technical solutions to meet the technical machinery, equipment and apparatus needs for production
3. To carry out and report the feasibility studies of the Technical solutions developed for Efficiency, Quality and Delivery KPIs.
4. To manage the investment items order and activating processes
5. To follow new technologies and to research their applicability to production lines
6. To participate existing internal/external customer complaints resolution activities, making/enforcing technical applications to achieve quality indicators targets (Call rate, OEE , FPY ..)
7. To start / participate in cost reduction studies and implementing related practices
8. To determine technical actions and take measures to eliminate ergonomics and occupational safety risks in the production area

Job Qualifications:

1. Graduated from Mechanical (preferably) / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
2. Fluent in English
3. Able to use MS Office, technical drawing programs
4. Working in cooperation with all interactive departments in the business processes it follows
5. Having planning and organizational skills
6. Able to make quick decisions and taking initiative
7. Believing in continuous improvement, high motivation to learn
8. Dynamic and able to keep up with the intense working tempo
9. Result oriented, being a part of the solution
