GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic teammates to join our enthusiasm of continous improvement journey as Process Development Engineer as a part of;
- Development and implementation of process improvements to obtain quality and cost targets using Lean Manufacturing tools,
- Analyzing and solving field problems,
- Implementing solutions with “Plan, Do, Check, Act” cycle,
- Providing, implementing and managing related documents,
- Ramping up of new lines,
- Responsibility and support for sourcing activities,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's level degree or higher in Industrial Engineering,
- Min 5 years proven experience in “Process Development Engineering” or related departments,
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka Yoke, Value Stream Mapping,
- Analytical thinking and result oriented,
- Excellent command of written English,
- Great team member with dynamic personality,
- Military Service completed for male candidates.
