GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for an 'International Medical Consultant Leader' to be employed in our Head Office in Medical Park and Liv Hospitals Group.
Qualifications:
At least bachelor’s degree in related fields,
Excellent speaking and written in one of the English, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian languages (Speaking more than one language is plus),
Minimum 3 years sales experience in healthcare tourism (preferred in hair transplant, sleeve gastrectomy and plastic surgery industry),
Minimum 1 year team leadership expertise in healthcare tourism,
Effective team management and communication skills, customer oriented and well organized,
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability,
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.) and relevant CRM systems,
Job Description:
To monitor closely the interactions of each medical consultant in the team on all channels (phone, Whatsapp, email, social media channels, Live Chat, etc. ) in order to coach and improve the sales process.
Handling any escalated or complex patient cases that require additional support to the consultants in the team.
Making recommendations and taking actions in order to continously develop and improve the services, channels and performance delivered to the clients.
Contacting potential customers and informing them about Medical Tourism services.
Following and closing possible sales potentials into sales.
Preparing and submiting price quotes for medical packages to patients.
Entering and updating customer information in the company system,
Meeting sales quota over the phone and facilitate future sales.
