We are looking for an "Sales Consultant" for our leading client operating in medical sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contribute to the patient loyalty program by building a portfolio of satisfied patients, maintaining relationships, and earning referrals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and price negotiations to convert leads into sales.
- Set up phone/video consultation appointments with doctors and assist patients with translation/translation during consultations.
- Provide information about medical procedures, qualifications of surgeons, credentials of clinics/hospitals and promote the benefits of arranging medical treatments with the Our Brand.
- Answering calls from potential patients for current procedures.
- Respond to patient questions via email, phone or instant messaging and propose treatment plans in collaboration with surgeons.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Bachelors degree,
- English fluency, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 1-3 years sales experience in health tourism.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles,
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs,
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality,
- Good Interpersonal skills: superior listening, verbal, and written communication,
- Excellent data entry and typing skills,
- Comfortable using CRM, good planning, and task assignment skills,
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects,
