We, as ManpowerGroup, are one of the largest providers of recruitment process outsourcing in the employment services industry since 1948, enabling our clients to outsource the entire recruitment process for permanent and temporary staff to us, so they can focus on other areas of human resources.
We are looking for "Sales Consultant " for our Sales Team.
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment is essential
- An outgoing personality and a proven sales track record
- Experience in sales activities of recruitment and/or other HR functions will be a definite asset
- Advanced communication skills
- Fluency both in oral and written English
- Analytic, flexible, co-operative, team worker and self-motivated
- Willingness to work with targets and KPIs
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Active driver
Job Description
- Fully focused on new clients, analyze client demands and define innovative tailor made HR solutions for complex client needs through regular visits.
- Preparing presentations, proposals and bids for the potential clients.
- Being responsible for financial and performance targets expected
- Ensuring to deliver a quality service to customers and Manpower Best Practice is adhered to at all times
