QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Company is operating in 20 countries is currently searching for a " Sales Specialist " to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Product sales to overseas corporate customers
- Searching for potential companies, compiling data and information about them, building contacts and carry out sales activities in order to expand the customer portfolio
- Gathering information about corporate customers, feeding and keeping the database of customers up-to-date
- Performing visits to corporate customers
- Preparing and following up contracts in line with the demands brought by corporate customers and mutually agreed matters
- Dealing with the complaints and requests from corporate customers addressing to relevant contacts
- Monitoring the use of services purchased by the customers in its portfolio, the service quality and customer satisfaction; following up the development of measures on issues that cause customer dissatisfaction and the solution of customer problems
- Maintaining relations with existing customers and performs for gaining new customers.
- To carry out activities in accordance with the processes in the corporate sales channel in order to implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Universitity Graduate
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Highly motivated mindset
