Job Description
The role holder(s) will be responsible for implementing sales initiatives of our new residential development project with the aim of attracting A+ segment local and international buyers. Also, the role manages end-to-end sales operations to drive the closure of sales deals.
Strategic and Core Responsibilities:
· Leads the generation of sales of residential units;
· Manages internal operations for lead identification and assessment, market segmentation activities and research on target customers/competitors;
· Negotiates sales and manages sales' activities to meet sales targets and drive potential sales with identified investors/clients and acquire new customers to support the sales plans of the project;
· Day-to-day management of closing of sales deals;
· Maintains long-term relationships with current/potential clients locally and internationally and creates networks with clients, investors to identify leads for the expansion of different channels of sales.
· Undertakes management of daily operations with respect to after-sales activities, all sales related queries, due-diligence procedures and customer feedback/support;
· Conducts market pricing analysis and benchmarking;
· Keeps abreast with latest market developments of in the industry while gathering key information on competitor strategy and offerings, client and investor needs and other sales best practices regionally/globally.
Years of experience:
· A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 5 years of experience in Istanbul with a recognized company/companies
· Knowledge of the real estate market regionally/globally with a focus on A+ segment projects/clientele
Minimum Qualifications:
· Official sales related trainings preferred
· Knowledge of local real estate sales related regulations/legislations
Language Skills:
· Good command of Turkish and English language both spoken and written. Additional language skills (i.e. Arabic, Russian) preferred.
