QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a teammate who will work part-time in the head office of our company operating in the international health tourism sector who will work as an international sales representative and who has the following characteristics:


— Graduated from the relevant 4-year undergraduate departments of universities,

— At least 2 years of experience in the health and/or tourism sector,

—Advanced in English in speaking, writing, listening and reading,

— Preferably fluent in a second foreign language besides English (German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, French),

— Sufficient in MS Office programs,

— To be able to establish the necessary sectoral connections when needed,

— Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in international patient and consultant communication,

— High communication skills,

— Successful in establishing positive relationships and effective communication,

— Developed presentation, representation and persuasion skills,

— Patient, constructive and positive,

— Strong in customer management and aware of the importance of customer satisfaction,

— Strong problem-solving skills,

— Willing to work in a team,

— Planning, organization and reporting skills,

— Able to adapt to flexible working hours,

— There is no obstacle to travel abroad,

Job description


The person who will work as an international sales representative within our company will be expected to undertake the following duties;




— Supporting the institution in providing foreign patient flow,

— Conducting international patient and consultant communication and sales and marketing activities,

— Providing written and verbal information about the operations they requested by communicating with the patients who applied, sharing the services and advantages offered by our institution,

— Taking care of the patients before, during and after the operation and following them up,

— Establishing communication with institutions such as transfer company, hotel, hospital, clinic, which we will work as a contracted institution within our company,

— Determination, follow-up and development of the services that we will offer as intermediaries within our company,

— Maintaining healthy, solution-oriented and constructive communication between our company and contracted institutions,

— Carrying out sales and marketing activities between contracted institutions,

— Organizing patient transfers between airport-hotel-hospital with transfer teams,

— Responding to patient requests in coordination with the relevant units, and problem solving when necessary,

— Following international patient processes and ensuring patient satisfaction,

— Working in coordination with advertising, social media and communication teams
