QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
To work for at our Medical Center in Cevizlibağ, Zeytinburnu location.
HAVING AN ENGLISH, ITALIAN, SPANISH, FRENCH, GERMAN, DUTCH, PORTUGUESE, ARABIC ONE OR MORE OF THE LANGUAGES ADVANCED LEVEL OF SPEAKING, AND WRITING PROFICIENCY IS A MUST.
Position Name: International Medical Tourism Sales Consultant
Description of the Work:
- Communicating with the clients to answer their demands,
- Promoting service packages and products suitable for the client's needs,
- Providing feedback about the process, following up the process, and finalize the sales process,
- Taking action according to the instructions and updates from the Team Leader and top managers,
- Showing the performance required to achieve KPI Parameters and sales targets,
- Resolving or reporting the problems and disagreements that arise in the ongoing communication with the client,
Required Qualifications:
- Having an English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic one or more of the languages advanced level of speaking and writing proficiency is a must.
- Having a rich vocabulary in the relevant language and a proper diction speech,
- Having graduation of at least high school or its equivalent (Certificate of accreditation for Foreign Diploma)
- Having a familiarity with social sharing applications and messenger programs on computer and phone,
- Having basic knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
- Being respectful to herself/himself and her / his working place, by caring for her / his appearance and clothing,
