As a part of our sustainable growth strategy, we’re expanding team in Antalya Turkey to join our European business network and become a long-term part of our professional working environment.
Necessary skills and competencies
The successful candidate will need to be eligible for international training and initiation for up to three months in Vienna & Bratislava prior to starting work in Antalya office. All expenses will be covered by Interconnection during their training period in Europe.
Language:
Professional level of English is essential (C1 or Above).
Advanced level of German or other secondary languages are preferable.
Education: Undergraduate or post-graduate degrees are accepted.
Abroad study / Erasmus experience is highly preferable.
Experience: Work or internship with relevant business experience is essential
Technical Skills:
General understanding of macroeconomics from practical standpoint and ability to apply them into the real word (able to explain in simple terms of GDP, inflation, exchange rates, Phillips curve, Fermi principle, Delphi method and other basics such understandings of stock markets, intermediate finance and accounting awareness)
Extroverted approach combined with visualization and analysis skills
Project Management and growth focus
Advanced Excel Skills

Tasks:
Key account management of Interconnection client and prospect business partners from different industries right up to the management level.
Investigate business development opportunities and prepare necessary project bids and outlines and successfully execute them.
Project management and coordination adhering to Interconnection KPI’s
Analysis of business/project dynamics as well as identifying and pursuit of optimization and innovation opportunities.

40 hour/week work schedule from Monday to Friday
