QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Engineering, and any other related disciplines.
• Experience in purchasing or import organizations, material and production planning and procurement duties or similar supply chain management operations is an asset.
• Excellent command of English is compulsory.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• SAP experience or other ERP knowledge is advantageous.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to think analytically.
• Ability to work and communicate within a team
• Target oriented
• No military obligation
Job Description:
• Controlling the stocks and requirements of the materials under own responsibility.
• Liaison with other material planning specialists, production planning team, warehouse and quality assurance and purchasing departments in terms of providing correct, sufficient and in time materials.
• Having intensified material knowledge and establishing strong relations with the vendors of concerning production materials.
• Launching the orders, managing the confirmations and resulting the process of procurement.
• Taking initiative within the determined general principals of Getinge Supply Chain Management in terms of deliveries, logistics and customs procedures.
• Controlling the purchasing documents, providing required information to finance department, creating data in SAP, releasing required reports.
• Learning inventory management and applying strict rules.
• Taking responsibility in cost saving projects and applications.
