General Qualification

  • At least 3 years experience in international business, foreign trade, marketing,
  • Graduated from the related faculty of universities,
  • Excellent English knowledge in speaking, writing and reading,
  • Preferred to have second language knowledge in Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, German,
  • Good knowledge of foreign trade and customs legislation,
  • Comfortable with international travel,
  • Active driver with B class drivers licence,
  • Advanced level of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) skills,
  • Be able to follow the product-design and production-planning management process at all stages,
  • Must have high reporting and planning skills,
  • Be able to take initiative, have strong coordination and communication ability,
  • Strong follow-up ability, detail-oriented and result-oriented,
  • Experienced in Mikro ERP system,
  • Believed in team soul and work,
  • Comfortable to keep up with fast working tempo,
  • Preferred to have temporary residence experience abroad for education or other purposes,
  • Self-disciplined, well-planned, focus on details,effective note taker,
  • Long term working aim who has responsibility and stability,
  • Ability work with busy schedule and flexible working hours,
  • Military obligation has to be completed for male candidates,
  • Resident in Anatolian side of Istanbul.


Job Definition

  • Managing existing customer portfolio and customer relations,
  • Determine and Target sale channels according to region and country,
  • Increasing turnover and market share by gaining new market and customers,
  • Reach sale targets periodically and yearly,
  • Create effective and fast solutions upon customer claim and feedbacks,
  • Analyse sales and report all activities to upper management,
  • Entering the orders from overseas dealers into the system,
  • Managing warehouse dispatch orders,
  • Following up the collection and loading process of the products,
  • Making pricing of abroad products,
  • Following up on the product needs of the dealer,
  • Planning product placements,
  • Controlling the sales and stocks of the dealer.
