QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ALE Technology is one of the leading lighting companies in Turkey with a special focus on LED lighting. The company has been developing and manufacturing LED based lighting systems in Turkey since 2009. We are looking for new team members that will help us developing our sales activities outside of Turkey.
• Expertise in international sales of electrical products, preferably in lighting
• Existing customer portfolio in preferably European region, or alternative regions including Central Asia, Russia, Africa, and Middle East
• Willingness to personally grow in international sales and market development
• Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably Electronic/Electrical Engineering
• Customer oriented mindset with good negotiation and persuasion skills
• No travel restriction
• Military service completed for male candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, a second language would be plus
• Preparing country specific market studies
• Identifying and developing new markets and new customers
• Working with exisiting and new customers and finalizing sales
• Planning and implementing sales and marketing activities in order to reach the specified targets
• Introducing new products to the market and communicating customer feedback with the technical team
