We are currently hiring a “Sales Supervisor of Foreign Markets” to be a part of our Sales of Foreign Markets team.“
The requirements for the successful candidate are:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
or Engineering
· Minimum 6 years of strong sales experience in a fast-paced
organization preferably in retail industry,
· A thorough knowledge of trading regulations of MENA and CE region
Previous experience in Middle Eastern Countries will be an asset,
· Distinctive knowledge of changing trends as well as knowledge of
marketing and sales tools and techniques,
· Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills,
· Excellent command of written & spoken English language is a must,
· A second language in Arabic or Russian is a great asset,
· Motivated/proactive, be an entrepreneurial spirit,
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
· Must be available to work within different time zones.
Job Description:
The key duties of the successful candidate are;
· Improvement and enhancement of the sales and marketing activities by developing
strategical corporate partnerships at the assigned markets to realize
sales targets and increase the revenue,
· Drive new business opportunities through prospecting,
· Develop new business opportunities to ensure profitable customers and
help grow the business through consultative selling and market research,
· Follow local and international trends; keep product and competitor knowledge
up-to- date, Implementation of the sales strategies according to sales budget,
· Follow up the seasonal collections and orders,
· Perform periodic visits and business development activities to current
customers and potential clients of the responsible countries,
· Perform analysis and prepare regularly dealer-based sales, stock and
KPI reports,
· Train the sales staff about Mavi’s sales and product strategies,
· Control and follow up the orders from the system and inform the
relevant departments and track the results,
· Keep close relations with the suppliers about catalog information and
possible deadlines given by the suppliers.
