Investor Relations and Risk Management Executive İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

What will we expect from you?

· Bachelor's degree of Engineering, (preferably Industrial Engineer, or Management Engineer), Finance, Economics or Business Administration,

· Minimum 4 years of experience in Investor Relations and/or equity research, corporate finance positions (preferably)

· Fluency in English,

· Strong communication skills,

· Advanced skills in reporting and presenting,

· Competency in MS Office programs,

· Result-oriented and analytical point of view,

· Ability to meet tight deadlines,

· CMB Level 3 Licence, CMB Corporate Governance Licence (preferably),

What will you do?

· Investor Relations, Risk Management

· Preparing annual and quarterly reports, financial presentations, and bulletins,

· Contributing to improving financial communication strategies,

· Compliance with Capital Markets legislation,

· Contributing to the Company’s corporate governance practices,

· Coordinating relations with investors and analysts,

· Preparing and publishing public disclosures,

· Contributing to General Assembly processes.
