QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Investor Relations Specialist
We are looking for an “Specialist ” to join Zorlu Holding Investor Relations Department, which is responsible for the investor relations activities of the Group’s 3 listed companies, namely Vestel Elektronik, Vestel Beyaz Eşya and Zorlu Enerji.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
- Preferably having an MBA degree
- At most 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance or strategy
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English,
- Having Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses
- Experienced in financial statement analysis, financial modelling, capital markets and IFRS/CMB reporting
- Advanced level of presentation and reporting skills
- Good at analytical thinking, research and problem solving and being result oriented
- Multitasking ability in a high stress environment, efficient and adept at meeting deadlines
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
- Coordination capabilities with different departments and fields, comfortable working with professionals at all levels of seniority
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity and self-motivation
- No military obligation for male candidates
