GENEL NİTELİKLER
Overview:
Manage and support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Health and Safety, Environmental elements of the company’s HSE Management System, and ensure that the goals and requirements of the Company’s HSE Policy and associated Corporate and HQ Standards are achieved in all Project Sites.
Duties:
- Maintain an effective control of Health, Safety, and Environmental risk and impact management, together with the processes of auditing, review and feedback,
- Monitor the implementation of safety and loss prevention plans throughout the projects,
- Conduct site or area surveys to determine safe limits of exposure,
- Develop and implement safety programs to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions,
- Comply with Company’s HSE Management System,
- Identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant industry safety practices,
- Investigate accidents to minimize recurrence and prepare accident reports,
- Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings,
- Conduct and coordinate required HSE trainings.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with approved HSE procedures, plans and practices.
- Participate in regular plant meetings and advice on safety practices, safe use of equipment and use of PPE; ensure that agreed actions are duly and timely implemented
- Carry out job training, work permits, risk analysis and related supervision according to contract management and work at height standards
- Execute work permits and supervision
- Provides technical control for Permit to Work (PTW) systems,
Requirements:
- OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2015 HSE Management System Standards knowledge
- NEBOSH certificate is a must
- International HSE regulations and norms knowledge,
- Independently plans and carries out assignments in conformance with accepted HSE policies and practices.
- Brings controversial information and findings to the supervisor’s attention for direction.
- Ability to use a variety of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- BS degree in engineering, construction management, electrical engineering or related field
- >3 Years of HSE experience in solar or other industrial power plant construction projects.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Working Conditions:
Site environment work.
