QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree from Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or any related Faculty,
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Segment/Campaign/Product/Base Management especially in Telco,
  • Advance level of English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office programmes,
  • Strong planning and networking skills,
  • Strong decision making and problem solving,
  • Takes initiative and ability to work both independently and in teams, collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks,
  • Strong analytical skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Closely working with MarComm, Digital Product, Campaign Operations, Call Center, Alternative Sales Channels, Customer Analytics Departments,
  • Prepare short and long term segment activities (upgrade / downgrade prevention / crossell), including data planning, offer design, cc team management, communication tools, sales follow-up etc.
  • Analyze and prepare reports relating to the performance of segment activities and benchmarks in the market,
  • Analyse segment campaigns in order to understand the mechanisms and obtain useful insights to optimize the effectiveness of the direct and outbound communication plan,
  • Support in the preparation of material for presentations to top management,
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and the overall performance of segment.
