QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree of Engineering

• 5 years Experience in the areas of telecom services management, fixed internet (dsl/fiber) service management expertise will be plus

• Have leadership skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable communicating with management; highly focused on building and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions and levels of an organization to drive teams towards success-based results

• Able to complete projects timely and accurately; be able to multi-task

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage field transformation project of Digiturk Technical Services

• Making necessary field capacity planning for technical service dealers to complete the project on time

• To ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

• Managing the project budged and staying within the targeted budget at the end of the project

• Periodically reporting operational status of project to upper management
