QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Job
· Lead program delivery of global applications and in-house development projects, ensuring completion on time and to required quality standards
· Cooperate with business units to gather, analyze and specify business requirements
· Provide support for local & global applications and business specific equipment
· Plan and manage budget for business applications and business specific equipment used in all functions
· Lead, monitor, motivate and coach the IT team to maintain a proactive attitude
· Manage the IT Programs resources ensuring skilled, competent personnel are available and motivated and targeted.
· Ensure that proper Reporting is in place for the main KPIs in Program Delivery and Deployment
· Provide purpose, develop a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness.
· Ensure the customer is at the center of everything the team accomplishes.
· Develop team culture, spirit and capabilities within the program/project team.
The Person
· Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline (preferred) or equivalent experience
· Excellent command of English both written and spoken
· Good general business and IT management experience with min 4 years' of line management experience
· Excellent project/program management experience and skills
· Respect and result driven
· Strong people-management and interpersonal skills
· Problem solving and analytical skills
· Strong communication and organizational skills
