IT Specialist (m/f/d)
Are you passionate about IT Systems and Service Delivery? Then this role might be just for you. Together with a team of experts you will support efforts for further professionalizing the IT landscape with cooperation with the global IT team. Reporting to the IT Team Lead you will be the contact for all IT related topics.
In this position you will have the opportunity to work closely with the entire team with a strong sense of ownership and participate in global IT projects.
Your tasks
- Resposible for all hardware and software issues including monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting,
- Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems,
- Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls,
- Keeping track of IT Inventory Management,
- Participation and support in group-wide IT projects,
- Focusing on the big, strategic picture while keeping track of ongoing project tasks.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields or technical education,
- Advanced level of English,
- 2+ years of work experience in the IT Department,
- Understanding of IT Network concepts and protocols,
- Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals,
- Good experience in networking, routing, firewalls, and VPNs,
- Knowledge of administrating Windows and Linux Systems.
