ICBC Turkey Bank is currently searching for a Assistant Manager to be in charge of “Information Technologies Control” in our Internal Control and Compliance Department with the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from related departments,
· Min. 5 years of Information Systems experience in the fields of Information Systems internal control, Information Systems audit, establishment of IS governance and controls or information security,
· Good command of English,
· Comprehensive knowledge of IS systems and fundamental IS processes,
· Analytical thinking ability,
· Military service completed for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Employees to be hired will be in charge of the following fields;
· Controlling of the activities and processes of the information systems of the Bank and its subsidiaries subject to consolidation, conducting general controls and implementation controls
· Evaluating the effectiveness, adequacy and compliance of Information Systems controls, conducting periodic, spot and on-site controls in accordance with generally accepted principles like COBIT and standards such as legislation, bank policies and procedures,
· Conducting physical and logical security controls on information security and information access,
· Preparing report on deficiencies and malfunctions identified in control activities,
· Following-up the regulations, legislation and other standards related to Information Systems and carrying out works for their implementation in bank,
· Developing of methodology for information systems control studies.
