We are looking for an IT Solution Specialist to take part in Sisecam IT Directorate located in Tuzla/Istanbul;
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and facilitate solution design workshops and business requirement gathering meetings with multi-function and multi-disciplinary participants.
- Participate as a key member in business process modelling initiatives
- Bridge the gap between business processes, SAP/non-SAP technology and integration with other applications and processes.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and technology to translate business requirements into concrete, specific projects that drive measurable value to the organization and align with Sisecam IT Strategy
- Implementations roll out and production support for relevant IT application solutions. Hands on configuration and technical design, integration, and problem analysis
- Provide technical architecture expertise to ensure proper solution design
- Analyze, design and develop a road map and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint
- Manage and enhance relationships with solution providers and other external partners
- Advise business/IT leaders as to emerging trends in the industry and suggest new ways of doing things that would facilitate greater leverage of technology
- Partner and drive partnerships with key vendors to introduce new technology
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant fields
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in integrated SOP and optimization processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP APO, IBP modules
- Preferably knowledge of SAP planning modules ( PP) and/or ICRON
- Architecture & Design / Solutioning / Development experience
- Good command of English
- Strong communication skills and a good team player
