Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, MIS or related fields.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in digital projects as team member in Banking / Financial Services Sector
Deep understanding on database systems, data modeling & SQL, system analysis principles
3+ years experience in SAP modules
Veeam BackUp and Local IT Helpdesk experience is preferred
SAP Support and Application Management project experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills and team player
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
Advance level of English both written and spoken
Job Description
Collaborate with HQ IT team for delivery of systems in the region/local office
Be able to function independently within the designated responsibility area. (SAP Certification is preferred.)
Provide local technical support for implemented regional/local systems (ERP/CRM)
Troubleshoot and support issues with Windows operating system and core applications
Act as interface to local IT suppliers where needed
Adapt and implement global IT processes for the local organization, define and implement local IT processes where needed and manage IT Projects
Advocate for the local business needs into the Competence Centre teams to ensure that all business requirements are represented and understood
