We are looking for a “IT Support Engineer” for our global client about automotive sector in Bursa with the following skills and the qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably graduated from related engineering faculties.
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Minimum 3 years experience in the related position.
- Have good communication skills and to be good teamworker.
- Completed military service for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests (tickets in OTRS Ticket Tool)
- Troubleshooting problems, to either solve directly or refer them to 3 rd parties
- Talking IT users (customers) through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over Skype & Teamviewer, to help set up systems or resolve issues; explain a technical problem in plain words
- Installing or assisting with configuration of computer hardware, software and peripheral items
- Setting up accounts, manage access rights, help with password resets
- Testing and evaluating new technology
