QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are in search for a "IT Support Technician" to take in charge for new OPPO factory to be established in Tuzla.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
-Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications, include printer, CCTV and so on.
- Respond to user's IT desktop request or issue, troubleshoots and diagnose system errors and other issues problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Support the deploy and troubleshooting related to office network.
- Addresses technical problems with LAN, WAN, and other systems to resolve network connectivity issues
- Support and troubleshoot issues related to IP phone, CCTV and conferencing systems.
-Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in related departments.
- Good level english both written & oral.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
-Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Knowledge to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
