QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION
· University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or relevant fields,
· Excellent command of written & spoken English, Turkish. (French or any other knowledge will be plus.)
· Preferably experienced in the plastics and chemical sector
· Have knowledge about all types of payment and delivery, including L/C transactions,
· Have experience in import and export customs clerance processes
· Have knowledge of surveillance practices and transit trade operations,
· Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, dynamic, creative and analytical skills,
· Analytical thinking , follow-up, result oriented , patient and self-confident abilities
· Advanced communication skills, analytical thinking, can develop and follow up projects,
· Positive and ambitious,
· Operational Discipline and time management
· Good command of corporate correspondence language,
· Good skills in Microsoft Office programs and ERP programmes,
· No restriction for domestic and overseas travelling,
· No military obligation for male candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Managing the customer and sales organization in the region / countries of responsibility
· Finding new customers
· Making market research in the target countries for export.
· Following up market and customer expectations
· Following up of relevant directives and other national-international regulations and updates
· Tracking competitor activities and analyzing price competition
· Responsible for global logistics operations management of operational countries worldwide,
· Preparing export documents
· To follow the process from the sales offer until to delivery according to customer demands
· Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and processes in order to achieve operational excellence
· Identifies new ideas for the overall logistics value chain; optimizing existing processes and developing cross border solutions
· Responsible for improving the current systems to assure the resilience and agility of logistics operation according to new global developments
