QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be appointed as the translator of the Japanese Factory Manager at Sakarya location of Toyota Tsusho Turkey, our company operating in the Automotive Sub-Industry sector.
- Graduated from Japanese Language and Literature / Teaching departments of universities,
- Advanced command of Japanese and English languages,
- Having teamwork, high communication and organizational skills,
- Good command of computer andplanning, implementation, work discipline and reporting skills,
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the corporate field
- Those who are/will be residing in Izmit or Sakarya
Job description
• Realization of verbal and written communication between Japanese Employees and Turkish Employees
• Providing assistance to the Japanese manager to whom s/he is affiliated, in matters he needs
• Assisting with administrative arrangements and coordinating the daily work flow for the Japanese manager
• To translate the necessary information, documents and documents
• Taking an active role in the following duties in the Human Resources Corporate Communications field in addition to the current job description
- Company social media account management
- Organization and follow-up of company announcements, communication boards, suggestion boxes
- Special day announcements and support for the organizations of these days
- Support for Corporate Social Responsibility activities
- Development and follow-up of corporate identity studies (Business card, e-mail signature, etc.)
- Organization of employee communication meetings, action plan follow-up and reporting
- Development, organization and follow-up of activities that will increase employee motivation
- Active support to social activity organizations
