University graduate (Bachelor's and above)
3+ years of professional experience in a FMCG firm
Negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written in English
Strong communication and social skills
Willingness to manage/guide/mentor a team
Able to travel and manage specialists around the region
- Support the team development and expanding the business in the region
- Responsible for monthly and annual company sales targets in terms of turnover and tonnage
- Manage customer relations and improve company standards
- Ensure the implementation of field product arrangement and display standards
- Providing training of the team that manages through field studies
- Responsible for the flow of sales performance and accounting data of the distributor in daily operations
