QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

University degree
Excellence in using MS Office Programs
Fluency in English
Good knowledge of adult learning principles
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales and/or Training, min 1 year FMCG experience is preferred. (TT, OT or FS Sales experience is a plus.)
Coaching and training knowledge is a plus
Good knowledge of field sales discipline
Proactive working style and initiative taking
Analytical skills
Good verbal skills and impression ability
Good presentation & facilitation skills
Excellent communication skills, commercial and practical point of view, energetic and enthusiastic, multitasking

  • Implement Sales Capability basic programs to maximize capability
  • Adapt and Manage Sales Competency Model
  • Ensure sustainability of S4S programs, training modules, onboarding and portal issues
  • Support the execution & tracking of S4S Training&Coaching Field programs & initiatives covering all aspects of channel sales
  • Support and deliver S4S Content preparation
  • Organize and deliver S4S Frontline Leadership Training to Sales Supervisors
  • Support train the trainer program to Sales Supervisors for S4S Modules
  • Execute and track field sales capability coaching and learning certification process
  • Manage and develop Pepbook and Sales University portal processes by needs
  • Support designing and creating mobile learnings for all channels
  • Support and track capability programs for new categories both for Snacks and Beverages
  • Support and track Sales Capability team for training and certification completion, reports and score carding and share these reports with the field teams
  • Responsible for all the updates of Pepbook and Sales University portals form infrastructure such as 1-1 and field certification
  • Responsible for updating and tracking results for Sales University and PepStart Onboarding Program
  • Gathering feedback and needs from field sales teams, support relevant development programs
  • Support the design of learning methods, such as mobile learning, learning technologies, online articles, online training videos
  • Work closely with Commercial Capability team to manage all Capability related actions
