Experience in FMCG required
University degree
+ 4 years sound planning experience (control experience in addition to planning knowledge is preferred)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft(excel, word , PowerPoint) as well as ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP
Good communication and presentation skills
Outgoing personality
Attention to detail while being able to see the whole picture
Makes the right short-term decisions without sacrificing long-term results
Translates strategies into plans that can be effectively executed
Takes appropriate, well-reasoned risks
Communicates persuasively to win support

Excellent knowledge of English/Turkish

  • Provide business performance information and insight to the sales leadership team to enable its financial targets. Identify and evaluate impact of external events / trends on the operating activities and performance of the business
  • Analyze channel performance KPIs and send detailed self-explanatory report to leadership team
  • Support DMR process and lead conversion of commercial plans to financials and highlight opportunities and risks to leadership team for appropriate actions
  • Deliver accurate and timely channel based net revenue plan, forecast and monthly target setting for FS channel.
  • Analyze volume and gross revenue of FS and recommend scenarios
  • Prepare Net Price by FS channel
  • Partner with Sales team in reporting, planning and governing FS D&A spends
  • Partner with Sales and RM Strategy teams in building monthly, quarterly, annual FS D&A plans
  • Trend analysis for sub - channel specific D&A
  • Analyze customer specific CDAs for FS
  • Build, track budget realizations for D&A and ensure budget activations are inline with forecast & AOP.
  • Support FS account gain approval process by timely anlaysis.
  • Provide for the FS accounts renewal/gain ROI
  • Analysis of potential large scale FS customers.
  • Build and analyis of alternative channel P&L's, scenario run i.e. MOP, Vending P&L.
  • Preparation and analysis of Channel and sub channel profitability and recommend action for future for FS
  • Analysis of monthly channel, sub channel profitability to Channel Leaders
