QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

University degree in Business Management, Finance and/or Purchasing and/or Accounting or relevant Procurement Operations experience
1-3 years working experience
Good understanding of the principles of general procurement management
Experience of working in and with multiple countries
Reporting, Financial, analytical and project management skills
Leadership and coaching skills
Strong experience in application of Continuous Improvement / Business Process Improvement methodologies within a purchasing/finance environment

Apply Global Control Standards in the processes under his/her accountability, comply with GP Policy and other applicable policies as periodically updated and communicated, and ensure correct execution and documentation of controls.

  • Ownership of ITPS and MAKE categories analytics;
    • Productivity tracking by providing analytics
    • Cash Flow tracking and submission by using the reports provided by Finance Team
    • Contracts compliance / expiration tracking by following the instructions and documentation provided by Controls Team against tight deadlines
    • Spend Refresh Coordination on yearly basis by analysing the data form myBUY system
  • myBUY Tool
    • TB Savings reporting cycles (Plans and Actuals in NextGen) against specific deadlines
    • KPI report review for quality check and to share with related teams
    • Market Unit Review coordination on a quarterly basis by collecting the latest update on the markets' action list
  • Support ITPS and MAKE Category Leads with AOP Building tracking at the beginning of the year by using the reports on targets provided by Finance team
  • Work with Digitalization Pillar on
    • Data Classification
    • Improvements
    • Publishing of Tableau Dashboards on a monthly basis
  • Coordination of Data collection
    • Maintenance of GP Coverage Matrix incase there is any update required by ITPS and/or MAKE categories
