We are looking for a Supplier Risk and Lifecycle Management Specialist to take part in Supplier Risk and Lifecycle Management Department located in Tuzla/İstanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management, Risk Management and Supplier Management
  • Good knowledge of business law and legal processes
  • Work on supplier development and negotiations
  • Proactive and comfortable with a high sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (knowledge of programming languages would be an asset)
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travels



Job Description


  • Responsible for supplier lifecycle activities of all procurement categories at global level and deliver high quality supplier lifecycle activities on a day-to-day basis according to defined process flows and procedures
  • Develop supplier lifecycle processes (e.g. supplier onboarding, supplier selection, supplier segmentation, performance monitoring & management and supplier relationship management) regarding to needs of categories and provide input for improvement areas in the processes and systems
  • Develop a supplier risk management framework for selected risk types (ex: operational, financial and strategic & geopolitical). Develop and execute supplier risk assessment processes (selecting and defining risk types, categorizing and prioritizing suppliers in terms of criticality, preparing likelihood scenarios, defining mitigation & contingency plan, preparing reports and monitoring troubled suppliers, analyzing market risks) by timely completion in the light of risk management strategy and policy
  • Develop and use risk assessment template periodically to define risky suppliers
  • Prepare and monitor supplier risk assessment reports with collecting data from internal and external data sources
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Strategy and Business Planning team in preparing supplier risk management framework and mitigation & contingency plan via impact assessment
  • Lead supplier risk mitigation activities with related departments through monitoring and reporting
  • Interact with other related procurement & supply chain units, mainly category directorates and regional sourcing teams regarding supplier management activities regarding supplier development activities and collaboration processes
  • Prepare and monitor Supplier Lifecycle Management-related reports & KPIs that are under department’s responsibility and take corrective actions proactively for unachieved goals
  • Monitor and report procurement contract rate KPI metric
  • Managing the abroad roll-out project in cooperation with the project team and making the necessary reporting in order to ensure that the project is realized within the specified scope, budget and schedule.
  • Carry out studies to develop the contract management system and follow-up the new type of procurement contract creation studies carried out with the Legal Consultancy
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures regarding contract management
